Custom Integrations & Features Built for Fibrazo:

1. Prepaid Plans -  Fibrazo’s unique service model is a prepaid model, where customers buy individual days of broadband internet upfront. To streamline operations and create a great customer experience, gaiia developed a client portal that allows for customers to purchase ‘days’ of internet at anytime. ‘Days’ are then added to the customers account and billed according to the customers usage.
2. Network Management Tool Integration - gaiia developed and launched a seamless integration with fibrazo's network management software, SmartOLT, to allow for fully automated provisioning.
3. New Payment Processors - Introducing two new payment processors to support Colombia and Argentina, Mercado Pago and PayValida. Additionally, developed a public api to allow for more custom integration into gaiia billing system.
