Kwikbit Internet, which provides internet services to manufactured home communities, has partnered with gaiia to optimize their operations and help advance their mission of bringing reliable and affordable internet access to underserved communities across the United States. 

Kwikbit is currently servicing over 20,000 manufactured homes across ten states. As they continue to expand and add hundreds of new properties and thousands of residents to their service areas, Kwikbit needed an OSS/BSS platform to efficiently scale their operations and provide a superior customer experience.

Simplified multi-dwelling unit operations with the properties module

gaiia’s properties module is tailored specifically to simplify and optimize multi-dwelling units operations, which was crucial for Kwikbit to manage services for each community. Using the properties module, Kwikbit has set up each manufactured home community as a property, which allows them to customize products, billing, marketing, and communications for each community's unique needs. 

With all of the relevant and unique property information linked to each customer in gaiia, customer service representatives are able to easily identify the customer’s community and are better equipped to address any tickets in an efficient manner. 

Streamlined customer onboarding

Kwikbit implemented gaiia’s online checkout to automate and streamline their customer onboarding experience. By integrating a serviceable address lookup, customers can easily confirm whether their address is eligible for service and view available plans in their community. This removes the friction of manual address verification and accelerates the signup process.

Workforce scheduling integration 

After completing the customer order flow, gaiia automatically generates and assigns work orders for necessary tasks to field technicians, such as the installation selected by the customer. This integration ensures a smooth operational flow and provides a comprehensive overview of all field activities and accelerating the service delivery timeline.

Enhanced marketing and reporting capabilities  

gaiia created a comprehensive reporting dashboard for Kwikbit to track key marketing metrics, such as lead tracking, which includes advanced tools for decision making and insights into future growth opportunities. Along with evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts, gaiia has integrated with Klaviyo to support custom email marketing flows for Kwikbit, like abandoned carts and referral sequences, to be built and triggered through Klaviyo using data from gaiia’s platform.
