Absolutely. gaiia connects to both legacy platforms and modern systems through standard APIs, webhooks, and REST endpoints. Workflows can pull data from your billing system, push updates to your CRM, trigger actions in network management platforms, and connect to vendor systems - orchestrating everything in a single automated flow.

You are able to keep your existing tools while gaiia sits on top of your stack and coordinates actions across all of them, turning disconnected systems into unified operations.

Can workflows handle our custom business rules and processes?

Yes. gaiia workflows are built for customization, not rigid templates. You configure conditional logic, parallel processes, retry strategies, and vendor-specific requirements that match your exact operations.

ISPs use the builder to handle multi-vendor provisioning where different regions use different equipment manufacturers - the same workflow automatically routes to the correct vendor API based on customer location and equipment type.
