Why We Built the Integration

Anthem Connect operates on Sifi Networks and needed an OSS/BSS platform that could handle the operational realities of open access at scale. That meant more than basic provisioning support. It required tight, automated workflows that connect customer onboarding, network interactions, and field scheduling into a single operational flow.

Rather than relying on manual processes or fragmented tools, gaiia worked closely with Anthem Connect to build an integration that supports the full service lifecycle on Sifi’s network.

What the Integration Does

The gaiia–Sifi Networks integration automates the majority of the open access service lifecycle, including:

• Address qualification and service eligibility at checkout
• Order placement and activation workflows with Sifi’s network systems
• Clear order status visibility for internal teams and customer support

By connecting these steps end to end, CSPs can reduce manual work, and provide a more transparent experience for customers from signup through activation.
