We’re excited to welcome LymeFiber to the gaiia family. LymeFiber, a community ISP serving every reachable home and business in Lyme, NH with symmetrical fiber internet and optional phone service, is now live on gaiia’s modern OSS/BSS platform.
Built to serve the town of Lyme and surrounding areas, LymeFiber selected gaiia to deliver a modern, connected experience for subscribers. The platform now powers checkout, billing, CRM, and inventory management, with an integrated customer portal and address-based service qualification.
Subscribers can easily check availability, schedule installations, and manage payments online through a branded checkout built specifically for LymeFiber. Payments are securely handled through IPPay, while back-office workflows are unified for efficient service delivery.
gaiia’s implementation for LymeFiber included automations with Calix SMx and Calix Service Cloud for provisioning, as well as integration with Vetro for address verification. These connections give LymeFiber’s team a complete view of their network and streamline the activation of new subscribers.
The migration process covered everything from customer accounts and billing data to inventory, tickets, and workforce entities, completed through a structured and validated cutover.
